Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:

  • International Shipping – 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@novavibefashion.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
